The wild bounty of the Olympic Peninsula, and it's temperate rainforests, offer a treasure trove of ingredients not found elsewhere in the world. Within miles of the restaurant, you may find over 35 varieties of wild mushrooms, and 70 edible wild plant species.

The clean estuarial waters of Grays Harbor and the Pacific Ocean, create nutrient rich grounds for oysters production, cultivated and wild shellfish harvesting, and wild salmon, steelhead, bottom fish, kelp and other delicious sea creatures.

Rediviva sits at the confluence of these worlds on the hidden coast of Washington State. Where giants and mystery still exist, oystermen deliver oysters, foragers deliver their finds and fisherman deliver fish.

A restaurant that is a representation of the source.
